To ensure transparent and fair cooperation, ONS88 has established the following commission terms. By joining this program, you agree to the terms below.

Eligibility & Scope:

1. Must be a registered and verified ONS88 partner account.
2. Only valid turnover generated through official ONS88 channels will be counted.
3. Must comply with local laws and regulations.
4. Level 4 is reserved for ONS88 certified partners.

Turnover & Commission Calculation:

1. Commission is calculated based on valid turnover and commission rate.
2. Invalid transactions will not be included.
3. ONS88 reserves the right to adjust commission rates with notice.

1. Settlement Period: From the 1st to the end of each month.
2. Payout Time: Between the 20th and 25th of the following month.
3. Currency: MYR.
4. Payout Method: Bank account or e-wallet.
5. Minimum Threshold: Amounts below MYR 100 will be carried forward.

1. Use official ONS88 marketing materials.
2. Misleading or unauthorised brand modification is prohibited.
3. Promotional content must be truthful and lawful.
4. ONS88 provides a promotional dashboard and real-time reports.

1. ONS88 reserves the right to amend or terminate the commission program.
2. Any violations will result in disqualification.
3. ONS88 is not responsible for partners’ promotional behaviour.
4. All rights of interpretation belong to ONS88.
