• Acceptance and Validation of Wagering:

  • Confirmed Wagers

  • Deduction of Wagers / Unresolved Wagers
    • Credits will be deducted from your account at the time of betting, no matter when the result is determined. ONS88 Online Sportsbook will not refund previously purchased wagers placed on games that have not yet been settled. Such wagers will be resolved upon the completion of such games and winnings, if applicable, and then credited to the players' account after that.
  • Wagering Decision is Final

  • Players Sole Responsibility for Winnings

  • Automatic Game Playing / Manipulation of Software / Tampering / Cheating

  • Events Beyond ONS88 Online Sportsbook's Control

• Crediting Winnings - Winnings will be added to your respective Account, as appropriate, automatically. These updates of your accounts are not 'proof of win' and or should the funds have been transferred (debited) from your respective Account. If upon manual review there is evidence of fraud or malpractice, ONS88 Online Sportsbook reserves the right to void certain winnings and to amend your various accounts accordingly.

• The following are the maximum winnings, in U.S Dollar or equivalent amount in other currencies, which may be won online per day by an individual:

2. 100,000 for fixed-odds Games

• These winnings are exclusive of the stake and this should be considered when staking your wager. When selections are taken from different categories and are combined in multiple or accumulative wagers, the lowest maximum winnings limit will apply.
• ONS88 Online Sportsbook management reserves the right to reduce or change the winning limits without prior notice.
• ONS88 Online Sportsbook reserves the right to cancel any winnings inadvertently provided by our system which exceeds these limits.
• The maximum payout for Mix/Parlay/Correct Score in ONS88 Online Sportsbook is MYR 70,000.

• Bonus money is the virtual money given to the casino / KENO customers for promotional purposes. Customers cannot withdraw these bonus money immediately after they received it. The processing rules will be different depending on the type of bonus given.
• Bonus money can only be converted into real money and withdrawn after the customer has fulfilled the requirements of a particular promotion.

You shall be solely responsible and agreed to pay all incurred fees, as well as report and pay all the applicable taxes as required by the relevant governing law while using any services of ONS88 Online Sportsbook.

The English version of the Terms and Conditions will always prevail.

These records are archived for a period of 5 years (from the date of transaction) and are accessible to the dispute resolution authority upon request.
